mobile application (the "App"). VoiceSort helps you organise photos using voice commands and
AI-assisted grouping and naming.

Photos and media: When you choose to organise photos, the App accesses images you select from your device's photo library or camera. Photos are processed to provide folder, naming, and grouping features.
Voice input: The App uses your microphone to capture voice commands for creating folders and naming photos. Audio is converted to text to perform the requested action.
Account information: If you create an account or sign in, we collect basic identifiers such as your email address.
Subscription information: Purchases and subscription status are managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account and our payments provider (RevenueCat). We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Usage and device data: We may collect non-identifying technical data such as device type, operating system version, and app performance/crash diagnostics to improve reliability.
2. How We Use Your Information
To organise, name, and group your photos as you request.
To process voice commands and convert speech to text.
To provide AI-assisted suggestions for folders and photo names.

3. Voice and AI Processing
Voice commands and selected photo content may be sent to trusted third-party processing
services solely to perform speech-to-text conversion and AI-based organisation. This data is
used only to deliver the requested feature and is not used to build advertising profiles.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
Service providers who help operate the App (for example, cloud hosting, speech-to-text, AI processing, and subscription management), bound by confidentiality obligations.

meet legal obligations. You may delete your content and account at any time, after which
associated data is removed in accordance with our standard retention practices.
